Haunting Strength Yet Gentle

We can only stay true to natures heart and spirit as we lay on our ancestors ashes. We can feel the power and meditation through the sounds that blow into and through rocks. The sunlight, the wind awakens primeval memories that have been locked deep within our souls . Our DNA structure unlocks strand by strand .We feel the haunting strength yet gentle caress with every grain of sand that touches our face as we lay on ages and pages of our past lives Here there’s no death just transformation. Minnesota Nice

We visited Midwestern Minnesota! The state bordering Canada and Lake Superior, the largest of the Great Lakes. The state contains more than 10,000 other lakes, including Lake Itasca, the Mississippi River’s primary source. The “Twin Cities” of Minneapolis and state capital Saint Paul are dense with cultural landmarks. We really enjoyed walking Saint Pauls tree lined avenues. Heaven on Earth

Today we were craving a garden. And we ended up at CARLSBAD FLOWER FIELD RANCH. The ranch was filled with about 50 acres of ranunculus and roses that are planted sequentially so that the first bloom starts all the way on the fields to the left and then moves towards the right as the weeks go on. Right now there’s an early bloom that has about 30 acres of peak color. You can spend a few hours in one of nature’s wonders. The fields are in bloom on a hillside overlooking the Pacific ocean. We especially had fun in the sweet pea maze, which I must admit Alicia beat me out of, not once but twice! I was a sore...

Books and Friends

A weekend of joy is breaking bread and sipping on wine with one another. On Sunday we realized it’s not about how much time we have together, but rather what we do when we have a moment together. It’s not about how full the cup is, but rather what’s in the cup- the quality and content. It was quite refreshing to sit out in the SUN and feel the warmth together. We got lost in each other and the hours past us. But then time is such an abstract concept. We speak of it going quickly and dragging, and yet all we really have is the current moment. We also got a chance to explore The Last Bookstore Located in Downtown L.A.  If you appreciate...

Why an Apothecary?  When Alicia and I met we had one major thing in common. Many medical trials and tribulations that affected our lives. Not only for the physical well being to align, but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Together we created a vision and 2PeasInApothecary herb shop began. We believe our hand selected teas, spices, aromatherapy, and holistic nutrition for optimal health and wellness to nourish and replenish. We are so excited to launch and we hope you enjoy all the delicious products we offer and as we grow, our Apothecary will have...
